Once we have been contracted we will carry out a full measured survey of your property which will give us the necessary information we require to provide you with design scheme drawings.

Initial Meeting
During our intial site meeting we will discuss the proposed project that you wish to carry out and provide you with advice and guidance.
From these discussions we will email you a free no obligation fee quotation along with a description of the work in which we will carry out on your behalf.
A copy of our authorisation letter will also accompany our fee quotation.
If our fee is acceptable we would be obliged if you could sign our authorisation letter and return it via email or post.

Design Scheme Drawings
We will provide you with design scheme drawings based on our initial meeting.
Lodge Applications
Once design schemes have been agreed we will be in a position to lodge the necessary applications with your local authority regarding the proposed project.
Obtain Permissions
We liaise with your local authority until the application(s) have been granted which will allow work to commence on site.
